Acler offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
